About the team we are recruiting to

The post is within the Planning and Performance Directorate which is at the heart of the City Council helping us drive performance and understand how we can best meet the diverse needs of our residents and services. The Performance and Insights Team champions a culture of better decisions through evidence and engagement across the city and the Council. We utilise our unique position of having oversight of the interdependencies and impact of multiple changes to influence important decisions for the city and its citizens.
What is the job role?
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst to join the Performance and Insights Team with your focus being on supporting Adults Social Care Services working within a very busy, innovative, forward-thinking team. We are working together with Adult Services to bring positive change in the lives of people in the city.
The Senior BI and Insights Analyst role will be to:
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
- Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation
